HR have different types of dredge teeth, adaptors, hodlers as well as weld-on nose like wide chisel, narrow cheisel and pick point. they are available for wide range applications in dredging such as for cutter heads, cutting wheel, drag head.
The Material is enough strong for rock ,sand ,clay or muddy. more over we provide hardfacing technic to make the teeth be more wear abrasion.
Usualy HR develop the moulds for clients accroding the technical drawing provided.

MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE:
Process: resin sand casting,investment casting, surface carburization,carburization heat treatment,  tungsten coat welding
Material: Si-Mn-Cr-Mo-Ni-Cu alloy steel
Hardness: HRC 48-58
Impact: akv≥22
Tensile Strength :σbMpa≥1500
Elongation:Σ≥4%
